Manufacturer Product Warranty
If a Total Warranty Coverage Program is NOT purchased through Reliable Pool Solutions, Inc. it will be the customer’s responsibility to contact the appropriate manufacturer to ensure all products are properly registered with the manufacturer and to determine coverage, if any, under manufacturer’s warranty.
Most manufacturer warranties generally have up to 1 year duration. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the manufacturer directly as to specifics and duration.
Total Warranty Coverage Program
Reliable Pool Solutions, Inc. offers its customers a Total Warranty Coverage Program that should exceed any standard warranty time frame offer through the manufacturer. Reliable Pool Solutions, Inc. offers a Total Warranty Coverage Program for most of its products sold through the website. When you purchase the Total Warranty Coverage Program on a related product purchased through this website, you enjoy the additional coverage and security as described below.
To qualify for the Reliable Pool Solutions, Inc. Total Warranty Coverage Program, customer must purchase each product individually with either a 3 or 5 year warranty coverage as applicable. This warranty is activated on the date each product is sold and will only cover that specific product purchased. The Reliable Pool Solutions, Inc. Total Warranty Coverage Program includes All Parts/Labor for the applicable time period specified for each warranty purchased.
Parts covered:
Pumps: Includes ALL PARTS / LABOR: excluding gaskets, seals and O-rings.
Filters: Includes ALL PARTS / LABOR: excluding D.E. vertical grids, cartridge filter elements, O-rings and gaskets.
Heaters: Includes ALL PARTS / LABOR.
Heat Pumps: Includes ALL PARTS / LABOR.
Cleaners: Includes ALL PARTS / LABOR: excluding wearable components (shoes, flaps, wings, debris bags and sweeper hose).
Chlorine Systems, Salt System Units and Automation Control Units: Includes ALL PARTS / LABOR: excluding Sense, Dispense probes and Temperature Sense probes.
Lights: Includes ALL PARTS / LABOR: excluding light bulbs, O-rings and gaskets.
Chemical Feeders: Include ALL PARTS / LABOR: excluding O-rings, gaskets, and fittings.
Valves: Include ALL PARTS / LABOR: excluding O-rings and gaskets.
Labor: The components of each pool product sold through Reliable Pool Solutions, Inc. (pump, filter, heater, heat pump, controls, and electronic chlorine generators only) receive a limited warranty for labor, if applicable, from any defect in material or workmanship for the applicable period from the date of purchase or as previously stipulated. If it is determined by Reliable Pool Solutions, Inc. in its sole judgment that a product fails during the applicable period of operation as a result of a manufacturing defect during the years specified on the Total Warranty Coverage Program purchased, Reliable Pool Solutions, Inc. or an affiliated service provider will repair and/or replace, at our discretion, the defective product at no additional charge to the consumer. Please refer to the products original manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions for information and exclusions.
The Total Warranty Coverage Program purchased through Reliable Pool Solutions, Inc. is for a period specified on the purchased product and will only be valid from the date each product was sold and shall expire at midnight PST on the date at the end of the applicable period. All claims must be submitted on or before said date. This warranty extends to the original purchaser of the equipment and is not transferable. Warranty on labor for cleaners does not apply.
Total Warranty Coverage Program exclusions may include, but are not limited to: Failure or damage by materials or workmanship provided or performed by non-affiliated service professional in the process of installation; failure or damage resulting from improper installation; failure to operate or maintain the products in accordance with recommendations in the owner’s manual; failure to maintain proper pool water chemistry in accordance to recommended levels; consumable wear parts. failure as a result of tampering, accident, abuse, negligence, unauthorized installation/repairs/alterations, fire, flood, lightning, sun damage, freezing, external water or acts of God. The foregoing is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, MERCHANTABILITY and fitness for a particular purpose or use. The Total Warranty Coverage Program is issued by Reliable Pool Solutions, Inc., who reserves the right to assign its obligations to a related entity. Reliable Pool Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to accept Total Warranty Coverage Program applications at its corporate office. RPS will repair or replace the item at RPS’ sole discretion.
Claims: Customers must visit www.ReliablePoolSolutions.com website and submit a claim under the link found on the home page under “Rebates, Warranty & Returns”. Customers must completely fill out the claim form and submit the claim as soon as a Total Warranty Coverage Program related issue is recognized by the consumer. Reliable Pool Solutions, Inc. will respond to the claim within a reasonable time frame as determined by Reliable Pool Solutions, Inc. Product Shipment
We ship all products to you by USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, Ground/Air or truck carrier. We make every effort to ship your package(s) as quickly as possible, usually within the very same business day. However at the very latest your product(s) should be processed no later than 1 - 3 business days. In the event of a product back order and we can not ship your product, you will be notified within 1 - 3 business days of your order. It is our duty to make every effort to ensure your product is shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible. For this reason we always reserve the right to use what ever carrier we deem appropriate to ensure quality delivery. Once your product has been shipped from the manufacturer or our warehouse you can expect your product(s) to arrive within 3-14 days for "standard ground shipping". If multiple products are ordered, you should expect your products to arrive at different intervals. Their maximum weight is 150 Ibs. and the maximum size is 130”. In cases where the items exceed the shippers maximum size, we will ship by freight carrier. Items shipped by freight carrier will take more time to arrive than anything shipped by common carrier. For truck carrier deliveries, only sidewalk delivery service is provided. In-house deliveries and special lift gate delivery service is at extra cost. Call our service department for price quotations. Refusal of truck deliveries will result in a charge back to your account for both the arrival and return freight costs, plus any incurred storage costs at $20 per day or the actual cost whichever is greater. In addition, there must be an adult over the age of 18 years at home to sign and receive the goods. If there is never anyone home during the day we suggest that we assign your delivery to your workplace or to a neighbor or friends home instead. The customer shall be responsible for the cost and safe shipment of all product(s) resulting from any authorized return or exchanged of a previously purchased product(s) through Reliable Pool Solutions, Inc.
Damaged Shipments
Packaging Damage
Prior to signing for your order please make sure to inspect the packaging for any signs of damage. If any substantial damage is present that you feel may have affected your item please refuse the shipment and Do Not Sign the Delivery Receipt. Once the order is refused, please contact us promptly at support@ReliablePoolSolutions.com so we can complete the claim and process a replacement order.
If the damage to the package is minor and you feel your order has not been affected you can still accept the shipment but you shall make sure to note the delivery receipt with the exact nature of the damage and write on the delivery receipt "Subject to Concealed Damage".
Concealed Damage
Immediately after receiving your order open and inspect your item for any signs of "Concealed Damage". In the event that you encounter any damage contact the carrier immediately to report the damage. The shipping company shall be contacted and you must fill out and submit a product exchange form found on our website: www.ReliablePoolSolutions.com. You can find this form by visiting our home page; click on the link that states "Rebates, Warranty & Returns", then click on "Exchange Goods Authorization Form" (EGA), fill out and submit no later than 48 hrs after receipt of the shipment. You will need to retain your copy of the delivery receipt as well as all of the original packaging materials for proper claim documentation. If possible digital photos should also be taken to further support any claims. Once you have contacted the shipping company, please contact us promptly so that one of our Customer Support Specialists can assist you and we can complete the claim and process a replacement order.
Return / Exchange Policy
30 day "NO HASSLE" on most product return(s). A 25% RESTOCKING FEE and actual shipping charges may apply. All returns / exchanges must be submitted through our website. Customers must visit www.ReliablePoolSolutions.com website and submit a return goods authorization (RGA) or a exchange good authorization (EGA) claim under the link found on the home page under “Rebates, Warranty & Returns”. Customers must completely fill out the claim form and submit the claim as soon as possible. Reliable Pool Solutions, Inc. will respond to the claim within a reasonable time frame as determined by Reliable Pool Solutions, Inc. All product returns / exchanges are approved by Reliable Pool Solutions, Inc. and have a return goods authorization (RGA) or (EGA) number for credit to be given to an account. Original handling charge is not refundable. All returns must be clean, unused and in resalable condition, including original packaging, instruction manuals, rebate information, warranty information included in its original packaging and free from damage. Return shipping costs and insurance are the customer's responsibility. All returns / exchanges must be made within 30 days of sales date. Any items not sent back in this manner will not be accepted and will be returned back to purchaser at their expense. Owner/Builder consulting is a service provided by Reliable Pool Solutions, Inc. and is therefore non-refundable.

Pricing
Reliable Pool Solutions, Inc. believes in developing strong relations with both of its internal and external customers. In order to do that, we strictly adhere to a standard pricing that is required by the manufacturers on certain products. This is known as MAP pricing (Minimum Advertised Pricing). The internet has created frenzy for online retailers to offer products at what the industry has considered “unreasonably low” mark up at a cost to the quality of their customer service. These “unreasonably low” mark ups have resulted in a burden to the customer, service providers and the manufacturers when warranty or other issues arise. As a result of this practice manufacturers have created a pricing standard to ensure that customer’s needs are not neglected, and to preserve the quality of the customer service.
If you find any product that we offer at a lower advertised price in brand new packaged condition from an authorized dealer or reseller, we will match that price. For example we will not be able to match prices from those products sold from websites like ebay.com, amazon.com, but can match the prices of those resellers who are in compliance with the MAP program. The price match guarantee is good for 30 days from date of purchase.

Credit Card Fraud & Your Security
Your Security is absolutely our number one concern and we take credit card fraud very seriously! For the protection of card holders and ourselves, orders that appear fraudulent may be held manual review. If necessary, a representative will call you to verify the order. If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable period of time, the order may be canceled. Manual review may delay the shipment and delivery of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped.
